Why We Built This Site
Indiana makes many court records public, but it does not place every warrant in one public database. Wabash Circuit Court, Wabash Superior Court, and Wabash City Court issue warrants in the cases they hear. The Clerk of the Circuit and Superior Courts maintains county trial-court files and issues court documents, while the Wabash County Sheriff's Department handles law-enforcement questions and service. MyCase supplies useful public case information, yet it is not an official warrant confirmation. Records may also be restricted, sealed, older, or held outside the public system. This site brings those distinct routes together so a reader can identify the right custodian and verify the current status with that office.
What You Will Find Here

- Outstanding warrants: how to check for active warrants and what an "active" status actually means
- Missed court dates: how bench warrants arise and which court holds them
- Charge-based warrants: how arrest warrants are issued and served in Wabash County
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Indiana court, sheriff's office, or state agency. Its role is limited:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or the Wabash County Sheriff's Department can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been served, recalled, or cleared.
Search Partners
Third-party companies power search boxes on some pages. They control their services, prices, and returned data. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. Those results are never an official Wabash County warrant check, and they must be verified with the court or sheriff.
